The CMCFA engaged in a mediation with the employer before the chairperson of the Arbitration Board on 15 September 2026. We were unfortunately not able to reach an agreement during meditation; an arbitration hearing is scheduled for 5 February 2027.

As always, we remain open to a resolution of collective bargaining and will use every opportunity to get you the best possible collective agreement..
