The Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB) has established an Arbitration Board following the referral of unresolved collective bargaining.

The FPSLREB has appointed Willian Kaplan as chairperson of the Arbitration Board with Terezia Zorić and Luc Presseau as members. Luc Presseau was nominated by the employer; he is listed as Chief Negotiator with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. Terezia Zorić was nominated by the CMCFA, and she is currently the President of the University of Toronto Faculty Association.

The FPSLREB has not yet scheduled hearing dates before the Arbitration Board, be we are hoping to set a hearing date before the end of September.

We remain open to a resolution of collective bargaining and will use every opportunity to get you the best possible collective agreement.
